Paddle Up work hard to provide you with unique SUP wellness experiences, from SUP Yoga, to SUP & Sound bath, and guided meditation.

We work with local providers to deliver totally unique affairs, and create truly unforgettable SUP experience’s. Find peace and tranquillity on the water with us, nestled away in nature.

Whether you’re looking for a way to relax or you’re here for fitness, all of our SUP wellness experiences are suitable for all ages and abilities. 

We offer group sessions as well as private bespoke packages, and most of our experiences are based on the non-tidal stretch of the River Thames in Shepperton/Weybridge/Chertsey, Surrey.

We are completely mobile and can provide SUP wellness experiences all over the UK. If you are planning a retreat and you’d like to add some qualified paddle boarding experiences then please drop us a message. 

We would love to work with you and help create a bespoke package for your retreat. We can provide you with advice, route planning, SUP tours & trips, coaching, and even SUP certifications.

Allow us to introduce to you, Charlie

SUP Yoga sessions are run by Charlie. Charlie is a SUP instructor and RYT 200hr Yoga Teacher who has a huge passion for being in the water. Having competitively swam throughout her childhood and extensively visited beaches across the world as adult, she also discovered a love and passion for Yoga. Charlie has been teaching SUP yoga for 3 years now, as she continues to combines the tranquillity of yoga with the stillness of the water.

When Charlie is not doing Yoga, you will find her in the kitchen cooking up a Sri Lankan feast for her friends and family.
